Your Day Includes:
- Managing the design team to ensure project objectives are met
- Achieving financial performance targets and overseeing project billing
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, the team, and consultants
- Assisting with fee proposals and participating in strategic discussions
- Supervising staff during the construction phase and addressing building regulations
- 5 or 6-year accredited professional degree in architecture
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family residential buildings
- Knowledge of local zoning ordinances, AIA standard contracts and technical expertise in building systems and material assemblies
