Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Product Manager builds and leads identification, selection and deployment of technology products and data solutions that enable efficient, secure, and sustainable management of clients global real estate and facilities portfolio.
• This role owns product strategy, delivery, and lifecycle across a broad scope of systems involved in facility planning and operations e.g. space occupancy, CMMS, BASOT integrations, inventory parts management, drawing CAD, capital planning, and analytics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills:
  
  - Product Management, Program Management, Equivalent Experience, SSO, Data Residency
• Product Strategy Roadmap
• End to End Delivery Ownership
• Technical Enablement
• corporate real estate, facilities management, construction project processes, or strong business financial acumen relevant to asset lease management
• Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and global rollouts familiarity with SSO, data residency, and privacy regulatory constraints
• Minimum years of experience needed- 5 years product management, program management, or equivalent experience delivering technical products or internal enterprise systems.
