Senior Manager, Audit (On-site)

The Senior Manager's top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate audit practices across multiple offices while also establishing and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee and ensure the effective operations and performance of our audit teams to:

• Lead a team of managers and supervisors that support 50+ associates
• Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability
• Manage escalated and difficult/sensitive audit cases
• Demonstrate highly effective communication, initiative and problem solving
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally
• Proactively analyze and prepare statistically backed plans to ensure staffing levels and workflow

• Educated. Bachelor s Degree required
• Expert. Audit experience in business operations required; financial accounting is desired
• Leader. 5+ years  experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Communicator. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Experienced. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems
• Traveler. Ability to frequently travel between offices to support operations

• Starting salary range of $10,544- $14,266 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
