Branch Manager

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Branch Manager to lead their operations in George . This role is responsible for driving branch performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, controlling operational costs, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of branch operations within the Western Cape region.

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the George area.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a management role, preferably within a retail or service branch environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Knowledge of the Western Cape market is advantageous.
