Role:
Executive Director, R&D Strategy & Operations, serving as strategic partner and Chief of Staff to the EVP, Head of R&D & CMO, to drive organizational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and operational excellence in biopharma R&D.
advise R&D leadership, oversee portfolio planning, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, enhance organizational effectiveness, lead governance and strategic planning, manage resource allocation, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
QualificationsBachelor's in life sciences, business, or related field; 12+ years industry experience with 10+ years in R&D leadership roles; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) preferred.
High Valueextensive R&D strategy expertise, experience in biotech/pharma, end-to-end drug development knowledge, proven success in organizational change, stakeholder influence, and leadership across research, clinical, regulatory, and operations domains.
LocationRemote with 20% domestic/international travel.
