SHB’s mission is to reduce health disparities by empowering the community, improving access to culturally responsive health resources, and advocating for systems change.

SHB seeks someone who can hit the ground running while helping build the infrastructure needed for the organization's continued growth—someone comfortable taking initiative, navigating change, identifying gaps, and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations on fiscal, administrative, and compliance requirements.
  • Support funder monitoring, evaluations, audits, and continuous program improvement.
Organizational growth and external relations
  • Build practical, scalable organizational systems, workflows, and management practices.
  • Partner with the Executive Director and Finance leadership to align programs, staffing, and grant commitments with approved budgets.
  • Attend monthly grant strategy meetings
  • Prepare and present programmatic, financial, and strategic updates for the Board when requested.
