Salary range is $133k to $245k with a midpoint of $189k. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL

PURPOSE:

Under general direction of the Director of Construction Services, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities, operations, and functions of the Systems Construction Manager team within the Cetner of Excellence Division in the Capital Delivery Department (CDD) of Sound Transit. Provides direction to systems construction managers through the procurement, design, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning phases for capital and state of good repair projects.

Plays a key role in the development and implementation of robust systems construction procedures, standards, and best practices to support a continuous improvement culture that supports the capital program objectives. Coordinates Systems Construction efforts with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies. Provides coaching and mentoring to direct reports and other staff.
