We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Sr HRBP to lead our HR efforts, nurturing our legacy as a premier first-job employer and history within the local community.

Position Overview

This hands-on manager role leads HR strategies for policies, procedures, systems, and objectives. As manager of the HR and payroll teams and a mentor to operations and office department leaders, this leader guides these teams through growth and change, focusing on efficiency improvements, risk mitigation, and compliance. The position works across office, restaurant, and warehouse locations, in close partnership with the COO.

A central function is serving as a representative of Dick's Drive-In's culture. The manager will oversee key HR functions, including administering the HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems; ensuring compliance with company culture-guided policies; and supporting employee relations for assigned departments. Success requires clear communication, sound judgment, responsiveness to changing business needs, and consistent representation of the Dick's Drive-In culture and employee experience.

Work Environment & Travel

• This Seattle-based role requires regular in-person work at Dick's Drive-In office, restaurants, and warehouse locations. Local travel is expected approximately 2-3 days per week, with occasional evenings/weekends.
