About the Role:

The Director in the Other Services industry plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives by providing visionary leadership and operational oversight. This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Director will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.

They will also represent the organization in external engagements, building partnerships and enhancing its reputation within the community. Ultimately, the Director ensures that the organization operates effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with its mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in the services sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience working within the Other Services industry or a similar sector.
• Certification in project management or organizational leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and innovation.
• Familiarity with financial management software and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to senior management and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Represent the organization at industry events, community meetings, and public forums.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all operations.
