Knowledge of machining coupled with the ability to work with existing and new customers to provide machining and fabrication solutions will make you the ideal candidate.

• Establish cost and production procedures for tooling, parts, and fabrication across multiple teams.
• Coordinate prototype development and production requirements with new and existing customers.
• Participate in gear and gearbox projects with our gear division.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to determine accurate dimensions and pricing.
• Contribute ideas, solutions, and energy to both the team and the customer.

• A minimum of five years’ experience in precision machining and welding, as well as knowledge of gears and gearboxes, would be an asset.
• An understanding of geometric tolerances and the ability to read complex drawings.
• A minimum of two plus years of experience in accurately bidding and constructing high tolerance machines, fabrication tooling and assemblies would be an asset.
• Planning and managing machine work would be an asset, but not a requirement.
• A strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
