Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Operator to be part of Darigold’s Rainier Avenue plant in Seattle, WA. As a member of the Operations team, the Production Operator should possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the plant. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year—availability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, is a must!

The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced environment and can handle multiple repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality products are required. You should enjoy working with others to achieve team goals while still able to work independently without direct supervision.

** Open to flexible scheduled and night shifts**

• Safe and efficient operation of an assigned machine.
• Maintain an organized work area and perform ongoing cleaning tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain efficiency standards set for the operating area.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to complete multiple repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail; must be committed to accuracy and quality.
• Work with others to achieve team goals.
• Must be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Must maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility.
• Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; mechanical skills desirable.
• Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
