The Manufacturing Supervisor I/II role is a key leadership position within the SVP manufacturing department, responsible for ensuring aseptic manufacturing excellence.

The position is located in Spokane, WA. Relocation assistance is available for the selected candidate.

The Manufacturing Supervisor I/II supervises aseptic manufacturing operations—including compounding, preparation, filtration, filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packaging—within the SVP manufacturing department. The supervisor reports operational status to upper management and coordinates daily activities with affected peers.

• Supervise assigned manufacturing operations, including processing source materials, equipment preparation, sterilization, aseptic filtration, filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packaging.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation for designated areas.
• Provide cGMP, job-task, and safety training for personnel.
• Generate, update, and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures and BPR’s.
• Train and evaluate hourly employee performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.
• Investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Order production supplies and equipment required for manufacturing.
• Prepare production‑monitoring reports and participate in product cost analysis and budgeting.
• Interview new employees, coach and counsel area personnel, conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and assist in disciplinary actions.
• Analyze and recommend capital expenditures and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with supporting departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, PIC, etc.) to resolve production line issues promptly and with quality assurance integration.
• Schedule validation of processes and equipment.
• Maintain environmental monitoring limits across all areas.

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or a related hard science strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive responsible roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in aseptic areas strongly preferred.

Weekend Day Shift: Friday‑Sunday E/O;
Thursday 6am‑6pm. This is an on‑site, full‑time position.

• Supervisor I: $81,825.00 – $ annually.
• Supervisor II: $89,250.00 – $ annually.
• Shift differential pay: 10%.
