As a Maintenance Technician, you will directly impact the safety and efficiency of our production line by maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance: develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Root cause analysis: determine causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild production machines and equipment.
• Set up and use tools and equipment for optimum safety.
• Troubleshoot pneumatics; rebuild valves/pumps; set mechanical timing.
• Research repair parts and read/interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
• Calibrate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment.
• Work with 3‑phase and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Provide general facility maintenance and repair.

• High School diploma or equivalent required;
  Industrial maintenance degree, welding certification, industrial electrical certification, Associate degree in a related field, or completion of a Trades/Technical School program preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally chemical or beverage.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics; ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Practiced in safe work habits and teamwork.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work; self‑starter committed to continual quality improvement.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP knowledge helpful.
