Job Description

We are currently hiring entry‑level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Monitor things like temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling
  • Report anything that doesn’t look right and help fix small issues quickly
  • Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep things running smoothly
  • Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and sanitation rules
Work Environment & Conditions
  • Fast‑paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40°F)
  • Most of your shift you will be on your feet; you may need to lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture
Schedule & Availability
  • Available

    Shifts:
    • Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential

Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (Basic Level)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
  • Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices
  • Ability to use equipment and instruments effectively
  • Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary Disclosure

The starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour. The typical hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
