The Opportunity:

Come join our team as a Machine Operator! Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact on a fast‑growing company? This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and production of products in compliance with food safety standards within our food manufacturing plant. You will play a vital role in ensuring our high‑quality plant‑based products are processed and packaged efficiently.

• Machine setup, inspections, and operation of various machines within the food manufacturing process according to proper procedures.
• Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), following all sanitation, process procedures, guidelines, and referencing SOPs where applicable.
• Adhere to quality management system (QMS) procedures, including taking accurate weights and measurements to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Read and understand production schedules and record information on standard production forms.
• Cross‑train and work in other departments as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience; prior experience in food processing, manufacturing, or packaging is highly preferred.
• Experience with or ability to learn power industrial equipment.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work with your hands extensively and stand on your feet for an entire 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, or humid) common in a food plant.
• Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and communicating.
• Extremely reliable attendance and the drive to get work done independently.
• Ability to start at 5:30 AM and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
