The Interim Raw Materials Assistant supports the Raw Material Team in developing and tracking materials for Nordstrom Made brands. This temporary role helps ensure sourcing strategies, material references, and product development calendar expectations are met.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate visual and physical raw material references and organize the material library.
- Prepare shipping documents and packages, distribute mail, and track shipments.
- Help organize boards, presentations, reports, and data.
- Maintain material displays and coordinate supplier visits and onboarding.
- Knowledge of raw material types and their use in apparel design and development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Apparel textile industry experience, a degree in Apparel or Textile Design, and Flex PLM experience are preferred.
