Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a Paint Helper in Seattle, WA for the 3rd shift (Sun-S Thu, 9:00 pm–5:30 am). You will prepare parts for painting, mix and measure paint per specifications, and verify part match before painting in the booth to ensure quality finishes.
No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; high school diploma or GED is required. You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain paint booth equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
