- Lead daily production across metal fabrication, mechanical/electrical assembly, and shipping
- Coach and develop 18 direct reports through monthly 1:1s and performance reviews
- Drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost goals using KPIs and Lean/5S
- Act as safety lead: preventive maintenance, forklift certifications, compliance
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning
- 5-7+ years of manufacturing leadership managing supervisors and hourly teams; strong coaching skills
- Experience overseeing fabrication and final assembly in industrial manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience); U.S. citizenship required
- Custom/engineered-to-order manufacturing;
Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 - Safety committee or ERP experience (SAP Business ByDesign a plus)
