Position: Production Specialist

Auto-Chlor is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Production team — no prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

As a Production Specialist on our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting branch operations by mixing, preparing, and packaging cleaning products used by our customers every day. You’ll receive training on all procedures and safety practices.
- Mixing raw chemicals following Auto-Chlor’s formulas and safety procedures
- Filling, labeling, and sealing containers
- Preparing containers and keeping the production area clean and organized
- Safely operating equipment and wearing PPE when required
- Taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards
- Reliability, good communication skills, and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable wearing all required PPE
- This is a safety sensitive position for which requires the safe operation of motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and/or handling of industrial chemicals. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening after a conditional offer of employment.
