Skilled Technician - Level IV - SHOP

• Apply technical expertise to support the development, assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and manufacturing of electrical systems. Utilize appropriate tools, measuring instruments, and equipment to deliver successful builds, support production objectives, and drive operational efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment by following HSE policies and procedures, using proper personal protective equipment, identifying and reporting hazards, and taking immediate action to prevent injuries and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain high-quality standards by following technical diagrams, operating manuals, and specifications, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring all work meets established workmanship and performance requirements.
• Improve equipment reliability by performing and documenting preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance while supporting equipment failure analysis and identifying opportunities to prevent recurring issues.
• Lead and support team members by serving as a knowledgeable resource, coordinating activities, sharing technical expertise, and helping less experienced employees develop their skills and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with peers and support teams to identify manufacturing constraints, resolve problems, improve processes, and reduce costs, waste, and quality risks.
