Job Summary:

Union Perks is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Labor to lead our union relations and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building lasting relationships, driving union engagement, and executing marketing strategies that align with union values. A successful candidate will be a strategic communicator, organized, and passionate about strengthening connections between union members and the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

Union Engagement:
Maintain strong and ongoing communication with union leaders and members. Provide consistent monthly servicing through phone calls, in-person drop-ins, emails, and texts.

Email Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and execute email campaigns for union members. Ensure campaigns align with union approval guidelines.

Goal Achievement:
Set and meet monthly targets for email campaign approvals and union activations. Monitor progress and deliver regular performance updates.

Data & Reporting:
Utilize CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) to track union interactions, analyze trends, and create detailed engagement reports.

Marketing & Public Relations:
Support public relations initiatives, including event planning, community engagement, and campaign launches.

Travel & Visits:
Travel to dental offices and union locations to build relationships and ensure smooth coordination of services.

Issue Resolution:
Act as the main point of contact to resolve concerns between union members and service providers efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field (Preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or union engagement, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)

Experience working with Union Members is a plus.
