job responsibilities
- Manage a multi‑million dollar global media budget to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon Music
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital and traditional media channels including Social, Video, Audio, Programmatic, Out of Home and more
- Optimize media mix and targeting to improve efficiency and ROI
- Lead measurement and analytics efforts to provide data‑driven insights that inform future campaign planning, including running Brand Lift Studies and leveraging in‑house models for financial impact
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, content, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand positioning
- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Contribute to GTM (go‑to‑market) plans and collaborate with stakeholder teams for full‑funnel alignment for major programs (Amazon Music Live, Prime Day, Amazon Music Thursday Night Football, etc.)
- 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
- Experience in multi‑territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
