Aboutthe Role
This role is on site five days a week in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and optimize the email channel to support product unit attainment goals.
- Drive the creation and implementation of innovative automated email programs.
- Build compelling email campaigns and execute traffic‑driving efforts to support the sales of our offerings.
- Develop robust A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT) programs to continuously optimize for sales and unit sell‑through.
- Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) roadmap.
- Collaborate with a dedicated design team for creative asset production.
- Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to our digital platforms via a Content Management System (CMS).
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on‑device/mobile, and/or display.
- Proven ability to write customer‑facing copy that is on‑brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
- 1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
- Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high‑level and granular analysis, including familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other advanced functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating effectively to senior management.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Marketo Certified Expert is highly preferred.
- 2‑4 years of experience with Email Marketing Campaigns.
- 2‑4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing large‑scale email marketing programs.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing beyond basic implementation.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
- Relentlessly high standards and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
- A confident, self‑motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
- 1‑2 years of experience with Global Campaigns.
