This individual will work with the Marketing and Business Development Principal and senior leadership to support strategies and collateral that keep us top of mind and win work.

• Lead direct-to-client project pursuits
• Create persuasive and well-written content to tell the company story for print and online mediums
• Support development of technical collateral from a communications perspective
• Interview and presentation collateral preparation
• Support company involvement in appropriate client organizations and industry associations

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field
• 10+ years of significant marketing experience, showing excellent results, ideally in the A/E/C or other service-related industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills
• Eye for design and typography and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
• Excellent time and inner-personal skills; ability to prioritize and organize workflow to meet deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft applications
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies for multiple platforms
