Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows and events, including booth materials, shipments, and registrations.
• Manage pre- and post-event workflows, including promotional emails, attendee follow-ups, and lead processing.
• Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and sales enablement channels.
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Track campaign performance and event metrics, reporting insights to the marketing team.

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex clinical and technical concepts.
• Proven experience successfully managing complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting events or trade shows is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related field.
