What you'll do:

  • Manage and execute a high‑volume queue of research requests, providing timely and accurate data support for various marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively compile and synthesize research marketing materials, ensuring relevant insights are readily available for internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize a diverse set of syndicated audience research tools and combine these with internal, first‑party data to create comprehensive analyses.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and reports using advanced tools, collaborating closely with broader marketing teams to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain deep customer, category, and platform insights, leveraging both third‑party and proprietary data to support vertical, product, and business‑to‑business marketing teams.
  • Contribute significantly to understanding market dynamics and customer preferences, playing a key role in informing strategic decisions and optimizing marketing effectiveness.

Must-Have

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in media research or marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in online advertising and/or media.
  • Strong background in Marketing Branding & Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, with at least 1‑2 years of experience.
  • Experience in Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, with at least 1‑2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Extremely proficient "power user" of Microsoft Excel, capable of complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Extremely proficient "power user" of Microsoft PowerPoint, skilled in creating compelling and visually engaging presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly and concisely.
  • A proven ability to tell compelling stories with data, translating numbers into strategic narratives.
  • A degree or relevant coursework in a quantitative field such as media, marketing, marketing research, economics, sociology, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or other related disciplines.

Nice-to-Have

Skills:

  • Experience managing a reactive, ticket‑based request system.
  • Prior experience working with advertising sales executives.
  • Familiarity with various syndicated marketing data providers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
