This is a temporary assignment (6‑7 months). The Senior Loyalty & Engagement Specialist will help execute the strategic plan for Brooks Run Club, a core brand program that drives long‑term loyalty, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations, seasonal programming, vendor relationships, integrated marketing plans, loyalty program activation, analytics, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Your Responsibilities- Manage front‑line day‑to‑day operations with the Brooks Run Club team to ensure flawless execution across multiple tactics.
- Develop and execute the Brooks Run Club landing and promotional destination within .COM.
- Lead seasonal programming, managing vendor relationships, integrated marketing plans, and prize acquisition.
- Work closely with the CRM team on loyalty communications, activations, workflows, personalization, and touch points.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Loyalty & Engagement on bringing Brooks Run Club to stores, including signage, activations, and procurement.
- Create physical activation experiences in partnership with the Events team, focusing on owned properties and retail expansion.
- Develop the customer promotion roadmap, refining member benefits, prize strategy, and marketing communications.
- Execute annual customer engagement promotion editorial calendar for launches of new benefits and features.
- Integrate promotional campaigns into the brand marketing calendar to increase revenue.
- Manage analytics and reporting to understand insights, KPI performance, opportunities, and support new experiences.
- Collaborate with Run Sights Lab, digital products, digital marketing, events, sports marketing, and other stakeholders to establish a testing framework for new benefits and experiences, ensuring clear KPIs and measurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building or enhancing loyalty program features, benefits, and prizes.
- Experience in both consulting and client‑side loyalty program work is desirable.
- Strong project management, large‑scale planning, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Data‑driven insights to develop business cases.
- Ability to develop structured frameworks, innovative thinking, and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills translating business needs into data analysis and back into business terms.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑centric mentality.
- Experience recruiting strategic partners and procuring prizes.
- Curious mindset with a bias toward action.
- Data‑oriented, using quantitative data and causal thinking.
- Organizational aptitude, flexibility, and proven results.

Pay is $34‑49 per hour.
