A fast-growing US-based supplement brand is building a new category in health and wellness through biomimetic science, developing proprietary, clinically studied molecules designed to work with the body's own biological pathways. They're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to own paid acquisition as they scale spend from roughly $500K/month to $2M+/month. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll have real budgets, real accountability, and the autonomy to build the acquisition engine behind their next stage of growth.

• Own daily media buying and optimization across Meta (the primary channel), Google, Tik Tok, and App Lovin, making active calls on budget, structure, bidding, and creative.
• Scale spend aggressively while holding disciplined CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution targets, and recognize when spend is hitting diminishing returns.
• Own campaign architecture on Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, branded and non-branded), continually testing audiences, structures, and new platform capabilities.
• Work with AI-driven platform automation by feeding it the right signals, data, and creative diversity, while knowing when to challenge or override it.
• Partner with creative, influencer, and brand teams to turn performance data into briefs, build a creative testing roadmap, and flag fatigue early.
• Analyze performance daily by SKU, campaign, creative, landing page, and cohort, and work with the CMO and finance team on forecasts and spend plans.

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying or growth marketing experience.
• A proven track record personally scaling a consumer brand from around $500K/month to $5M+/month in paid spend.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (essential) and strong Google Ads skills.
• A solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and the limits of platform-reported ROAS.
• Strong Shopify and DTC ecommerce experience, plus Triple Whale or similar measurement tools.
• Sharp analytical and creative instincts (you diagnose why performance moved and know what makes paid social content convert).

• Supplement, wellness, or consumer health experience, including an understanding of claims and compliance.
• Experience with creator, UGC, and whitelisted advertising.
• Hands-on experience scaling on Tik Tok and App Lovin.
• Work directly with the CMO with significant autonomy.
