Marketing Operations Assistant

The company runs a UK coaching business and operates fully remote from South Africa. This role owns backend marketing, client success communications, and organic social efforts, primarily through Go High Level  and related content workflows.

• Build email sequences and automated workflows in Go High Level  from provided copy
• Create and update landing pages and funnels for lives, launches and nurture campaigns
• Turn recordings into finished content including captions, You Tube uploads, Instagram repurposing, and membership uploads
• Manage the organic social calendar across platforms
• Handle client-facing and client success communications with warmth and accuracy
• Process transcripts and group coaching recordings

• Hands-on experience building email sequences and automations in Go High Level  or a close equivalent
• Experience building or editing landing pages and funnels with little supervision
• Comfort across social platforms end to end including scheduling, captions, and video uploads
• Clear, careful client-facing writing
• Ability to follow briefs and deliver without constant chasing
• Nice to have basic bookkeeping or expense processing and video editing or repurposing experience
