iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Brand Manager, Nordic Track B2B remotely in the US. Nordic Track is building its B2B business by extending its premium fitness equipment brand into commercial markets — hospitality, multifamily and residential amenities, corporate wellness, fitness studios and boutique operators, and commercial retail and distribution partners. The Senior Brand Manager, Nordic Track B2B owns the commercial go-to-market for the total Nordic Track commercial portfolio — segment strategy, value proposition, positioning, creative strategy, and the demand generation engine that feeds the sales motion — with Pilates as the near‑term emphasis and lead category expansion.
At its core, this is a role about translation: understanding commercial customer segments deeply enough to know what jobs they are trying to get done, turning that insight into creative strategy and customer‑facing assets, measuring whether those assets actually move the business, and adjusting when they do not.
- Turn customer insight into commercial growth by building a real understanding of each commercial segment and translating that into creative strategy, customer‑facing assets, and campaigns that generate pipeline — measuring what works and pivoting on what doesn’t.
- Define the business by establishing which segments to serve, what Nordic Track offers commercial buyers, and why the brand is credible there — clearly enough that internal teams, channel partners, and customers repeat it without translation.
- Partner to the commercial P&L by bringing the marketing inputs the business and Sales need to hit growth and margin goals, including demand plans, pricing and packaging recommendations, and a clear read on what each campaign and channel contributes to pipeline.
- Be the marketing partner Sales counts on by giving the sales team the insight, story, assets, and qualified demand they need to sell, staying close enough to the field to know what is actually working in front of customers.
- Build the demand engine and channel support by standing up the campaign structure, lead flow, and partner‑facing marketing that carry strategy to closed revenue, deciding with incomplete information and improving through iteration rather than waiting for certainty.
- Size the commercial fitness equipment market and prioritize segments, with particular depth on Pilates.
- Build segment‑level understanding of commercial customers including their jobs to be done, decision criteria, buying process, and the barriers that genuinely block adoption.
- Track how commercial customers buy — operator economics, facility and amenity trends, procurement cycles, and competitive moves — and judge which shifts matter.
- Recommend realistic awareness, adoption, and share ambitions for Nordic Track Commercial.
- Translate category ambition into pipeline strategy and channel roles with Media, Creative, Content, and PR.
- Position Nordic Track across the commercial market, leading with Pilates as the category expansion and expanding across modalities.
- Build a full‑funnel communication framework clarifying who we speak to, what we say, and when.
- Connect rational proof points to the jobs, operational realities, and business motivations of commercial buyers.
- Carry positioning…
