Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company in Seattle, WA is seeking a Marketing Systems Admin to join our team. The Marketing Systems Admin will support the systems, data, digital assets, and administrative processes that keep our marketing and business development efforts organized and effective. This role will be responsible for maintaining marketing databases (including project and personnel information), managing digital assets, supporting pursuit setup and closeout, and coordinating the administrative needs of proposals, interviews, events, and other marketing initiatives.

The position will also provide support for website content and communications while helping ensure our information and resources remain accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with the Balfour Beatty Construction brand.

• Lead administrative setup for pursuits, including establishing pursuit folders, Bluebeam sessions, Microsoft Teams work spaces, email distribution lists, and other relevant resources.
• Execute pursuit-related administrative tasks, including bonding and insurance letter requests, client dossiers, Strengths Finder code distribution, and the assembly and printing of materials.
• Administer and maintain marketing systems, databases, and digital asset libraries, including Unanet, Open Asset, and Creative Cloud libraries, ensuring project, personnel, and marketing information is accurate, current, and accessible.
• Coordinate project startup and closeout data collection and entry, working with project teams to capture and maintain relevant project information, experience, and marketing assets.
• Manage personnel data, including new hire information, credentials, certifications, experience, and other information used for proposals and marketing materials.
• Assist Smart Start partnering sessions and other marketing initiatives through meeting coordination, preparation and assembly of materials, note-taking, digitization of session materials, and other administrative needs.
• Support PR and communications including website maintenance, social media posts, public relations requests, newsletter content, and award submissions.
• Oversee marketing-related logistics, including meetings, jobsite visits, professional project photography, and other team, client, or project-related activities.
• Strengthen business development and marketing research, including sourcing leads and updating client, partner, project, and reference information used to support future opportunities.
