Our client, a Fortune 5 company, is looking to hire a Sr. Marketing Manager in Seattle, WA.

Duration: 3 Contract, with potential for extension/conversion

Pay Rate Range: $50/hr to $60/hr W2, depending on experience

• Own and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/ADSP, and owned channels.
• Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (signups, CPA, ROAS).
• Partner with paid media POCs and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and test creative, messaging, and audience strategies to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report on KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with product and analytics to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
• Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly business review inputs.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition / performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels (paid social, programmatic/DSP, paid search).
• Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting measurable growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in subscription or membership growth marketing.
• Familiarity with Amazon DSP / ADSP and cross-channel media planning.
• Experience partnering with creative and agency teams at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
