Metal storm
, is a fast-paced, 5v5 F2P multiplayer air combat game with a growing global community. We're building a game with the depth to keep players engaged for years, and we're looking for people who are excited to help it reach its next level of growth. You'll make the video ads that put Metal storm in front of millions of new players, using the newest generative video, image, and audio tools to ship more winning creative, faster than a traditional edit suite ever could.

We're looking for a creative, curious, and highly experimental Performance Marketing AI Content Strategist to help drive player acquisition for Metal storm. This isn't a traditional video editing role. You'll own the process of identifying promising creative opportunities, developing concepts, storyboarding ideas, and bringing them to life using AI tools, gameplay capture, and innovative content creation workflows. You'll constantly explore new formats, creative approaches, and production techniques to increase the volume of viable concepts we can test.

We want someone who is innately curious about the internet, gaming audiences, emerging technology, and why content works. You understand why people love games, and can translate connection, fun, and emotion into actionable concepts. You're someone who won't wait for a brief to pursue an idea, defaults to experimentation over assumptions, and sees AI as an opportunity to fundamentally change how creative gets made.

You'll combine creative intuition with a scientific approach to testing, using performance data to understand what resonates, develop better ideas, and continuously improve our advertising creative.

Execute and Deliver High-Quality, AI Native & Hand Edited Creative

• Bring concepts to life using AI-generated content, in-game footage, gameplay replay tools, and traditional editing and motion graphics software as appropriate.
• Experiment with emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to unlock creative possibilities that traditional production methods cannot easily achieve, including new ways to generate, transform, enhance, and assemble content.
• Ensure creative meets Starform's visual standards and is correctly formatted and ready for deployment across target ad networks.
• Build repeatable processes that increase the speed, variety, and volume of creative production without compromising quality.
• Continuously explore new tools and techniques, sharing discoveries and turning successful experiments into scalable workflows.

Ideate, Develop, Experiment, Measure, and Iterate

• Independently generate compelling advertising concepts based on an understanding of gaming audiences, internet culture, platform trends, and what makes Metal storm fun to play.
• Develop a strong point of view on what we should make, why it might work, and how we can test it.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing to develop creative hypotheses, prioritize concepts, and build structured testing plans.
• Use performance data, including CTR, CPI, conversion, and ROAS, to understand what is working, what isn’t, and meaningful insights from noise, all to inform future creative decisions.
