This is a hybrid non-exempt position. Candidates must be able to meet the work-location and onsite requirements of Food Lifeline as required for this role.

Food Lifeline is looking for an Agency Relations Coordinator to build strong relationships with our member agency network and provide responsive, hands‑on support to the food banks, pantries, meal programs, shelters, and other community partners that help get food to people across Western Washington.

This is a highly collaborative, relationship‑focused role responsible for serving as a liaison between Food Lifeline and assigned member agencies. The Agency Relations Coordinator provides customer service, technical assistance, training, and operational support; helps agencies navigate Food Lifeline requirements and processes; conducts on‑site monitoring visits; and works across departments to resolve issues and remove barriers to effective food distribution.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust, solving problems, and helping partners succeed. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams. Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, nonprofit or community‑based programs, food access, or another relationship‑centered environment is important. Experience with food safety, compliance monitoring, data management systems, and government food distribution programs is a plus.

Compensation

The full salary range for this position is $27.50 to $31.00 hourly
. Starting salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Most new hires should expect to start in the middle portion of the range, with opportunities for compensation growth as they gain experience and proficiency in the role.
