The After Hours Nurse Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. The role functions as a professional role model, demonstrates competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborates with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and serves as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

The Clinician acts as the primary communication link during off‑hours, providing triage to patients and families.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire:
  Idaho Registered Nurse License or Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Must be licensed in all states where care is delivered.
• 2 years of Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience.
