Schedule Requirement: 5 day work week, 5-6 weekend shifts a month

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care, this role is assigned to a small group of home clinics where you’ll build strong patient relationships and become a trusted part of the team. For this position, your primary locations will include:

• Seattle
• Kirkland

You’ll rotate between these clinics based on the schedule—no surprise float shifts or last‑minute assignments outside this group. Just consistency, connection, and a chance to make an impact across multiple locations.

As a Laser Away Aesthetic Nurse, you’ll provide elective, non‑surgical treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectables in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic environment. This is not a sales role—your clinical care and patient education play a key part in retention and results.

• Deliver FDA‑cleared treatments with precision and care
• Educate patients on procedures, post‑treatment expectations, and long‑term care
• Document treatments accurately using clinic software systems
• Collaborate with your Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to optimize schedules and maintain seamless clinic operations
• Rotate across 1 to 3 local clinics
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Laser Away brand standard

• Clinics are open 7 days a week
• Schedules are published two weeks in advance

• Paid onboarding program with virtual, in‑clinic, and self‑paced learning
• Starts with core treatments and gradually expands across our full service menu
• Training pay: $20/hour during hands‑on learning sessions
• Full clinical rate begins after initial sign‑offs

• Active NP license in the state of employment (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hospital‑based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations).
  • This position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post‑graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
• Confidence in using digital tools and following protocols
• Strong energy and adaptability in fast‑paced settings

• Ideal candidates have experience in acute care, med‑surg, ICU, ER, or a related hospital setting.
• Home health, skilled nursing, and rehab facility experience may be considered if it includes substantial hands‑on patient care in a high‑volume setting.
