Join Providence for the RN Float Pool role at Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington.

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time shifts (Day, Evening, Variable) as part of our Post-Acute Care team. The RN Primary Nurse has overall responsibility for the care of residents and patients. The RN Primary Nurse works in partnership with residents, family members, and the care team to plan and implement care. Responsibility for resident care is delegated to associate nurses and other care team members when not on duty.

• Provide nursing care to residents and patients in post-acute care settings.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate resident care responsibilities to associate nurses and other team members when not on duty.
• Maintain documentation and nursing records in compliance with state and facility regulations.

• Nursing Degree (RN license).
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a long‑term care or similar population.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred:
  National certification in area of specialty upon hire.
• Preferred: 1 year of previous charge nurse or primary nurse experience, including leading teams.
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in an environment that provides person‑directed care.
