Licensed Vocational​/Practical Nurse

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide compassionate care for one of our DoD clients. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, and support daily living activities, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
