• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as authorized by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Maintain daily or more frequent progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents.
• Provide compassionate support to residents, ensuring respect for their dignity and individuality.
• Collaborate with the caregiving team to meet individualized care plans.

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license or at least two years of caregiver experience.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individual who genuinely loves working with seniors.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
