House Keeper | Community House Mental Health Agency

Community House Mental Health Agency (CHMHA) is a Seattle-based nonprofit dedicated to providing supportive care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. We offer a warm, family‑like environment for both residents and staff.

$23.00 /hr – $27.56 /hr

Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm (40 hrs/week)

• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishes, buffers, etc.
• Complete daily housekeeping task list as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure proper trash and item disposal after each shift.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Inform Residential Administrator of needed supplies.
• Inform staff of needed facility repairs to be assigned to maintenance.
• Work with staff and outside contractors in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Maintain resident and staff confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain records in keeping with agency, county, and state guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
