• Completion of certified nursing program (LPN or RN)
• An active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of Washington
• Experience of 5 years or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in long‑term care or community‑based setting
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our company in a positive and professional manner
• Available and on call for emergencies day and night for assigned communities
• Able to travel to designated locations
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Strong documentation skills and ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care
• Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development
• Knowledgeable of regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to nursing practice and community‑based care for seniors
• Current CPR certification

• Travel to assigned communities, company meetings, and networking functions as needed, which may include air travel and overnight stays
• Be highly visible to the customer and to associates
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding wellness directors as needed for communities
• Ensure that sound infection control practices are in place that promote a healthy environment
• Implement company wellness systems that ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review adverse events, identify need for plans of correction
• Participate in resident and family care conferences as needed to facilitate communication, ensure quality service delivery and manage risks
• Maintain current knowledge of and monitor community compliance with applicable federal and state regulations related to resident care and nursing practice
