CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant

Ballard Center is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

All shifts. Salary starting at $22.25/hr sign‑on bonus $3,500 for full‑time positions.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Direct care experience with multiple residents.
• Behavioral care or memory care experience.
