RN​/Registered Nurse NWH Outpatient Surgery

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Outpatient Surgery (Full‑time, 100% FTE, variable day shift)

Variable hours per week

UWMC‑Northwest Outpatient Surgery Center – ambulatory surgery in 4 ORs, wide range of general surgery, reflux, hernias.

• Circulate all surgical cases
• Work with dynamic Surgical Services Staff
• Provide compassionate skilled patient care in the Operating Room/Outpatient Surgery department
• Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control

• Two years operating room experience.
• Outpatient surgical experience.
• BSN and CNOR desired.

Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly

Other Compensation: $10,000 Sign On Bonus, $5,000 Relocation Bonus, $4.00/hr Weekend Differential, $3.00/hr Evening Differential, $1.00/hr BSN Premium, $1.25/hr Nursing Certification
