UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Digestive Health - Endoscopy Procedures team.

Primary

Job Responsibilities

• Assists providers during endoscopic procedures and provides patient care before, during, and after the procedure
• Educates patients, administers medication, uses and maintains endoscopic equipment, and helps manage emergencies and complications
• Promotes efficient patient flow throughout the clinic and assists the physicians with patient care, procedures, tests and record keeping.

Work Schedule

• Full Time
• Variable 10-hour shifts

Required Position Qualifications

• 2 years of current/recent endoscopy, med-surg, PACU or ICU nursing experience
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
