Seattle Children’s Hospital is excited to announce an interview day/hiring event specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants On January 1st 2026.
In order to be considered for these jobs, you need to be available to interview on the date listed above, and if you are offered a position you would need to be available to begin employment by late January 2026 or early February 2026. If you are not available to interview on the required Interview Day or begin working at the timeframe listed above then we encourage you to apply at a later time.
This CNA application is typically posted in the first or second week of each month, and available for around two to three weeks.
Acute Care Units Critical Care Units 12hr shifts are available:
Part-time positions
- 0.6 - 24 hrs per week
- 0.75 FTE - 30 hrs per week
- 0.9 FTE - 36 hrs per week
- Day - 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Nights - 7:00pm-7:00am

Our Hiring ProcessAfter careful review of all applications, a smaller group of candidates will be selected to move forward in the interview phase of the hiring process. If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted by email with an invitation to interview. You will have 48 hours to respond back and confirm your interview. If we haven't heard back from you within the 48 hours, we will move forward with other candidates.

The CNA role at Seattle Children’s provides care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician by applying their knowledge and skill to provide appropriate interactions with staff, patients, and families of all ages.
RequiredEducation and Experience
High School graduate or equivalent.
Required CredentialsCurrent certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington. (NAC License)
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
PreferredTwo or more years of experience in a pediatric health care setting.
Compensation Range$21.64 - $32.45 per hour
Salary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
