This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18‑year‑olds. As a member of our fast‑paced, small team, you will build amazing relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 1 year of critical care in a PICU or Level 4 NICU nursing experience.

Pay Range: $48.85 – $89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
