Value Primary Care Nurse Practitioner -Seattle, Washington

A well-establishedvalue-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team, seeing a patient panel of ages 14 and up. The organization is known for its collaborative environment, low turnover, and strong commitment to work-life balance.

• Base salary for this role is $146,000 – $155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate

• Outpatient only
• Patients ages 14 and up
• Mix of well visits and acute care
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Full-time schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate

• Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• In the past 5 years, practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting
