Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Critical Care team. This is a night shift position with 12-hour shifts, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment caring for patients with neurological conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the neuro critical care unit.
- Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, providing interventions and treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications, assist in procedures, and provide patient education.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (must be active upon hire).
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate – NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (within 90 days of hire).
- At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience, preferably in neuro critical care.
- Experience in neuro critical care nursing is highly desirable.
