Trauma Improvement RN Coordinator

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. The role coordinates treatment from diagnosis through follow-up, guiding patients through the care team and providing education during the hospital stay.
