About This Role
The RN Med Surg Telemetry position involves providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients, coordinating health care services, and collaborating with the health care team. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

- Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
- Develop written plans of care based on patient needs and priorities.
- Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding care and interventions.
- Assess the needs of patients requiring hospitalization and initiate discharge planning.
- Identify and address psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs of patients.
- Develop educational components for nursing care plans and provide teaching.
- Integrate health promotion and preventive care into nursing assessments.
- Participate in continued education programs and staff orientation activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate documentation.
